Once your order has been shipped, Beyond Body Butter is no longer responsible or liable. Beyond Body Butter is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

All orders are shipped via UPS, so to resolve any issues please contact them directly from your tracking page.

ALL orders are charged by UPS at checkout based on your location. We have no control over the rates!

Orders over $100 receive free shipping.

PROCESSING TIME: 5-7 business days. EXCEPT during holiday seasons & huge increase in parcel volumes during special launches.
