Damaged or Incorrect Orders
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once an order has been handed off to UPS, responsibility is transferred to the carrier, and Beyond Body Butter is no longer liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
If your package is marked as delivered, arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact UPS directly to file a claim or request assistance.
